Will M. Smith graduated cum laude from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Following graduation, Will worked in the financial services industry where he funded over 2,260 mortgage loans.
Will attended the University of San Diego School of Law where he was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal and graduated with a Juris Doctorate. Will spent the summer of his second year as an Intern for an Ohio based law firm that specialized in farm succession and probate administration. During his final year of law school, Will served as an intern for the Honorable Richard G. Cline in the Probate Division of the North County Superior Court.
Will Smith is a member of the State Bar of California, and the North County Bar Association of San Diego County. He resides in Escondido with his wife and two daughters.
